We are currently seeking to fill uniformed security officer positions in the Orlando area. Work includes maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling, observing, reporting, and interacting with the public. Employees will serve as a deterrent to crime and client policy violations. Some assignments require extensive walking and/or standing.

Employees must have a neat appearance, be professional and polite, able to adapt to changing environments, communicate effectively, work under stress and follow directions.

• Answer routine inquiries & direct visitor to appropriate areas

• Completing detailed reports of observations and incidents

• Florida Class D Security Officer License

• Florida Class G Statewide Firearms License for armed positions

• High School Graduate/GED or Verifiable Employment History

• Valid Driver License for the last year.

• Satisfactory Driving History – No DUI convictions within the last 5 years. No criminal traffic violations within the last 3 years. No more than three moving violations within the last 3 years.

• Good Moral Character

• Satisfactory Criminal History – Must not have ever been convicted of any felony. Must not have ever been convicted of any misdemeanor involving moral character, false statements, perjury or domestic violence. Must not have even been convicted of security related crimes such as breaking & entering, burglary, robbery, forgery, criminal mischief, or theft. Must not have been convicted of crimes of violence such as assault, battery, stalking, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, aggravated stalking, sexual battery, kidnapping, armed robbery, murder, or resisting an officer with violence. Other acts will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

• Drugs: No use of marijuana within the last 2 years. No illegal use of a controlled substance (excluding marijuana) within the last 10 years. No illegal sale of a controlled substance, whether for profit or not.

• Honorable or General Military Discharge (Copy of DD214 required) or Affidavit of No Military Service
